This summer, Historic Richmond Town is thrilled to partner with Carnegie Hall Citywide, a series of free concerts that are sensational celebrations of sounds from across the country and around the globe. At a Carnegie Hall Citywide concert, you can revisit your favorite music or try something new, stay in your home borough or journey farther afield. Whatever you choose, you’ll experience everything that makes New York City so vibrant.
Live from the porch of the General Store on August 27, this concert brings the music of North America to the center of Staten Island.
Genre-bending, multi-instrumental ensemble Invoke encompasses musical traditions from across America, including bluegrass, Appalachian fiddle tunes, jazz, and minimalism. Fueled by their passion for storytelling, Invoke weaves these musical styles together to create truly unique contemporary repertoire, written by and for the group.
