This Saturday at noon, join us for a special presentation on indigenous life in the Eastern Woodlands of North America.
Drew Shuptar-Rayvis will present a discussion of the interconnected relationships between the Dutch, Swedish, English and Algonkian peoples in the American colonies of the Northeast. Learn about the goods exchanged between these groups, the conflicts of colonial conquest, and the land deeds that wrested ancestral lands from native people.
Entry to the program is included with Open Village admission.
