Season Photo Passes are reserved for professional photographers and studios who wish to avail themselves and their clients of year-round photoshoots on the beautiful grounds of Historic Richmond Town, New York City's living history village.

BENEFITS

  • While Day Photo Permits remain available for purchase, Season Photo Passes allow for an unlimited number of sessions during a six-month period, offering a considerable discount to photographers with recurring sessions at Historic Richmond Town.

  • Professionals and businesses who purchase Season Photo Passes in advance of or at any point throughout the season will be listed as a preferred vendor who receive Historic Richmond Town's ongoing referral

    Receive promotion through inclusion of business information and links on HRT's website.

  • Prospective photography clients interested in photoshoots at Historic Richmond Town will be directed to Season Photo Pass holders.

Beginning April 1, 2022, professional photography will not be permitted at Historic Richmond Town without the purchase of a Day Photo Permit or Season Photo Pass. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Where are Season Photo Pass holders permitted to shoot?
Season Photo Passes allow exterior photography in areas that are readily accessible to the public. Interior photography is available by appointment only and on a case-by-case basis.

When are Season Photo Pass holders permitted to shoot?
Photography sessions may begin at 9 a.m. and conclude no later than 8 p.m.

How much do Season Photo Passes cost?
Spring Photo Passes (April 1 - September 30) cost $495 for single-photographer studios, and $695 for studios with up to four photographers. These fees are not refundable and must be paid in full prior to issuance. Season Photo Passes will be assigned to photographers by name and are not transferable.
