Amazing grill masters and saucy royalty from all over the East Coast and Canada will smoke-up the streets of Historic Richmond Town at New York City’s only Officially Sanctioned Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) Cook-off. Historic Richmod Town puts it's own spin on the competition with activities for all ages! Taste an authentic coleslaw recipe, play a spice game in a 19th century General Store, help make soap bubbles as big as a basketball, play with folk toys and watch the tradepeople demonstrate wares of the time!
